Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. Kim was very responsive and showed me just I was looking for. She arranged additional viewings easily when requested and followed up on queries I had. Her local knowledge was also very useful as she made some helpful suggestions for my future use once we move in. Would just like to give commendation to her assistance with our house search. Given how challenging it is in looking for a new house, what with our busy schedules and having a very active little girl as well, Ingrid really made it seamless by providing us organized tours of our prospects, accommodating us on our time, and doing the liaising with the landlords on our behalf in terms of negotiations on pricing, as well as providing inputs on what needs fixing and such. We surely wouldn't have been able to do it in such an easy and timely fashion without her help, so we would like to give thanks to her and to OKAY for the OKAY services.
